Please note it may take up to 24 hours after your email arrives for your tracking number to become visible on the courier’s website.

Once you complete your LUMINOUSGK order, most items ship within one business day of successful payment processing (hooray!). LUMINOUSGK processes and ships orders Monday through Friday by 3:00 p.m. CST. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

LUMINOUSGK offers free shipping for U.S. orders greater than $99 (not including tax and after any promotional codes are redeemed). Shipping costs for orders within the U.S. and Canada are based on the weight of your package and the distance it will travel.

Why would you ever do such a thing? Just kidding. If you need to cancel or change a LUMINOUSGK order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to process changes in the delivery address or cancel or modify orders that have been picked up by UPS.
